Very poor service as the man behind the counter preferred texting to serving me with no other customers to serve and was then rude when I asked for service. Avoid the cafe!!

Make some extra time to drop in to the Whistle Stop Cafe. They are very friendly and the coffee is great and customer service is excellent

Trains to Hereford are expensive. Find another way to get there.
